Foreign Ministry about return of Kyrgyz families from Kazakhstan

Bishkek, Oct.18, 2019. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs spoke in detail about the return of Kyrgyz families from Kazakhstan.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, work has been done to identify and return undocumented Kyrgyz families to the Kyrgyz Republic.

“For a long time citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic have been in the territory of Kazakhstan without identity documents, as well as the right to work in accordance with the legislation of the country, working in various farms. Kyrgyzstanis in Almaty Region have provided financial assistance to these families to settle their debts to local entrepreneurs.

After identification of our citizens, the Consulate General of the Kyrgyz Republic has issued certificates of return to Kyrgyzstan and on Oct. 11 citizens have returned safely to Kyrgyzstan,” the ministry’s press service reported.
