Bishkek, Aug. 5, 2021. / Kabar /. The issue of the new academic year in Kyrgyzstan will be resolved taking into account two conditions: vaccination of employees in the education sector and the epidemiological situation in the field, Deputy Minister of Education and Science Nadira Dzhusupbekova told at an extended press conference.
She said that currently the issue of the format ofeducation is still under consideration in the ministry.
“I would like to note that the final decision on the format in which the training will take place (traditionally or online), we will take taking into account two conditions: vaccination of 70% of employees in the education sector and the epidemiological situation on the ground,” she said.
In addition, the deputy minister pointed out that today the ministry is closely monitoring the epidemiological situation. “Soon we will announce our final decision, worked out jointly with local authorities and the Ministry of Health and Social Development,” added Dzhusupbekova.
