Bishkek, May 14, 2018 / Kabar /. Former Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sapar Isakov arrived in the State Committee for National Security to give testimony.
He came to testify as a witness in the case of the modernization of Bishkek Power and Heating Plant when he was the head of the foreign policy department of the President’s Office.
This is the second time when Isakov is invited to give testimony to the Security Committee.
