Four new COVID-related deaths recorded in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Dec. 27, 2020. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s death toll from novel coronavirus has climbed to 1,348 on Sunday.

The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said that four more people died from the disease in the past day: three in the capital city of Bishkek and one – in Batken Oblast of the republic.

The country’s tally of infections has reached 80,373 after 191 fresh cases were revealed in the past day.

A total of 74,820 Kyrgyzstanis have cured of coronavirus, including 343 more recoveries registered over the past 24 hours.

Currently, 1,261 patients are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country, 53 of them are in critical condition and 2,040 patients - at home.

The country has conducted 1,995 coronavirus tests over the past day.
