Four security officers received gunshot wounds during storming Atambayev’s house

Bishkek, Aug. 8, 2019. / Kabar /. 5 people injured in Kyrgyzstan on Thursday and were taken to the Bishkek Center for Traumatology and Orthopedic, the Ministry of Health reported.

Four law enforcement officers with gunshot wounds and one civilian suffered from a noise grenade. Everyone's condition is stable, the report said.

The clashes between special forces and supporters of former president Atambayev occurred today afternoon during storming former president’s house in Koi-Tash village near Bishkek.

Onthe first day of storming, 47 people were hospitalized, including 22 employees of the State Committee for National Security, 2 employees of the Interior Ministry and the remaining 23 are civilians. One soldier of special forces died in a hospital from a gunshot wound.
