Bishkek, Dec. 16, 2021. / Kabar /. At present, the traffic through the Irkeshtam and Torugart checkpoints on Kyrgyz-Chinese border has significantly increased, Chairman of the State Customs Service Adilet Kubanychbekov told during a press conference at Kabar News Agency.
He said that through the Irkeshtam and Torugart checkpoints until November, the traffic was from 30 to 60 vehicles per day.
“At present, 125 cars pass through these two checkpoints every day. This is a great achievement for us, because 70% of customs proceeds come from China,” he said.
