Bishkek, Jan. 23, 2020. / Kabar /. In Kyrgyzstan, all the citizens will begin to submit an annual tax return from Jan. 1, 2025, Chairman of the Tax Service Kabyl Abdaliev told reporters at a press conference.

Aapproximately 3.5 million declarants will submit an annual tax return.

“We plan to introduce universal tax reporting in stages. Starting from 2021, all government employees and those who receive wages from the state budget, but are not government employees, will be required to submit tax returns. This is approximately 300 thousand people, mainly workers in medicine, education, etc. And from 2023 all workers will be required to submit a declaration, regardless of the private form of organization, etc.,” said Abdaliev.

He also noted that from January 1, 2025, all the citizens of the country full of legal age will be required to submit a declaration. “This will concern everyone regardless of whether he works or not,” he explained.
