Bishkek, Jan. 9, 2018 / Kabar /. Since January 1, 2018, biometric ID-card has become chargeable, the Kyrgyz State Registration Service’s (SRS) press service reported. The SRS stressed that usual services for exchanging ID cards and restoration of lost or torn out IDs will cost 290 soms.
Changing full name will costs- 320 soms.
The issuance of biometric ID-cards has begun in 2017 and throughtout the year it was made free of charge.
