On Jan. 27-29, the air temperature is expected to drop: in Chuy and Talas valleys at night -20 ... -25 °, in the daytime -11 ... -16 °, in the north of Chui valley at night to -25 ... -30 °, during the daytime -14 ... -19 °, in Osh, Jalal-Abad, Batken oblasts at night -11 ... -16 °, in the day -2 ... -7 °, in Issyk-Kul at night -17 ... -22 °, in the day -4 ... - 9 °, in Naryn oblast at night -30 ... -35 °, in the daytime -17 ... -22 °, in the highlands at night -34 ... -39 °, in the daytime -24 ... -29 °, in the Suusamyr valley at night -40 ... -45 °, in the daytime -28 ... -33 °.
Such anomalously cold weather will complicate grazing and livestock maintenance in pastures, the work of motor transport, communication enterprises, energy and municipal services.
