Bishkek, Nov. 21, 2018. / Kabar /. The tender for the purchase of buses on natural gas has already been announced, head of the transport department of the metropolitan municipality Kubanychbek Zhunusov told during a round table in Bishkek.
According to him, now in Bishkek about 100 municipal buses are functioning. They are about 10 years old.
“The Mayor’s Office intends to purchase in 2019 50 buses that use natural gas, and not diesel fuel. Thereby we will reduce exhaust emissions,” said Kubanychbek Zhunusov.
