Bishkek, Sept. 12, 2018. /Kabar/. The volume of the gross domestic product (GDP) of Kyrgyzstan exceeded 310.2 billion soms during the period from January to August, 2018, the National Statistics Committee reported.
Preliminary calculations showed that this rate had declined by 0.3% compared to the same period of the last year, and shows that the economic growth had slowed down.
Without Kumtor mining company, the GDP for the period of eight months made about 283 billion soms and increased by 2.1%.
