Bishkek, March 12, 2024. /Kabar/. In January-February 2024, the growth trend in key economic indicators continued, Deputy Chairman of the National Statistics Committee Bakytbek Shokenov said.
He said that the volume of gross domestic product in January-February of this year, according to preliminary estimates, amounted to more than KGS 155.5 billion and increased by 8.6% compared to the corresponding period in 2023.
Shokenov noted that the growth is due to an increase in the production of goods - 27.1%, the provision of services - 50.2%, and tax revenues - 22.7%.
