Over the past 30 years, she has devoted herself to the study of gem painting. Liu Quanxia is known in the industry as the number one artist in Chinese gem painting.
She has been focusing on the creation of gemstone paintings, improving the craftsmanship of gemstone paintings, and successfully transforming gemstone paintings from ordinary handicrafts into art collections.
Gem paintings of the studio have won the silver medal for tourism products at domestic tourism fairs and became excellent tourism souvenir products.
In addition, Liu Quanxia has won various domestic art awards for many times.
The gem painting has a unique artistic style and has been included in the "Complete Works of History of Chinese Arts and Crafts, Xinjiang Volume" as a new Chinese art category. It can be said to be the highest level of Chinese gem painting and has a very high collection value.
In June 2018, Liu Quanxia was awarded the title of the 4th Xinjiang Arts and Crafts Master. In 2019, the gemstone painting was successfully applied for the World Heritage List. In December 2020, Liu Quanxia was awarded the Tianshan Cultural Master and "Four Batches" Talents and Cultural Industry Leading Talents, and was identified as the fifth batch of cultural industry leading talents in Xinjiang Autonomous Region. In 2021, gem painting will be rated as the heritage base of Xinjiang traditional craftsmanship.
