Bishkek, Jan. 15, 2024. /Kabar/. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Azerbaijan and Georgia Kairat Osmonaliev met with the leadership of the Georgian Civil Aviation Agency and the private airline GeoSky, the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan reported.
Reportedly, during the meeting the parties discussed issues of expanding cooperation and opening direct flights between Kyrgyzstan and Georgia.
In particular, Osmonaliev met with Chairman of the Board of Directors of GeoSky Airlines Tornike Kortoshidze, President of GeoSky Airlines Shalva Kiknadze and Vice President for Passenger Operations of the said air carrier Daniyar Uskenbaev at the airline's main office in Tbilisi. During the meeting, Kairat Osmonaliev invited Geosky airline to cooperate with Manas Airport in Kyrgyzstan.
In addition, Ambassador Osmonaliev met with Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Givi Davitashvili.
These meetings and agreements are part of efforts to expand economic diplomacy between Kyrgyzstan and Georgia.
