Bishkek, Feb. 24, 2023. / Kabar/. The German Development Bank has invested more than EUR 298 million uros in Kyrgyzstan over 30 years, Edil Baisalov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, told at the opening of a new TB hospital in Bishkek.
He said that the German Development Bank has been operating in Kyrgyzstan since 1992 and always supports investment projects in various fields.
The construction of the hospital began in March 2021. The project is financed by the German Development Bank, the customer is the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic. The estimated cost of the project is about EUR 6.5 million.
