Germany interested in attracting labor resources from Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, May 12, 2023. /Kabar/. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Germany Omurbek Tekebaev met in Berlin on May 11with Joachim Stamp, Special Representative of the German Federal Government for Migration Agreements.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that during the meeting, the sides considered the issues of developing cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Germany in the field of training qualified specialists in the Kyrgyz Republic, their organized employment in Germany, simplifying visa procedures for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic arriving in Germany to work and study.

Stamp noted the lack of qualified personnel in Germany and emphasized the importance of establishing long-term cooperation in the field of attracting labor resources to Germany.

The sides agreed to continue cooperation on these issues.
