Bishkek, March 22 / Kabar /. Government of Kyrgyzstan introduces new categories of visas for foreigners starting from 5 April 2017, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.
In order to fill the gaps and shortcomings of the current procedure of registration and issuance of the Kyrgyz visas and creating the conditions for the stay of foreign citizens on the territory of Kyrgyzstan, the government introduced a new category of "family" visa to be issued to family members of foreign nationals, who work and study on the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
Also, in order to create favorable conditions for movement in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, increase trade and economic attractiveness of the Kyrgyz Republic and the quality of public services one more category of visa, "transport" will be introduced, which is issued to foreign citizens engaged in international freight transportation.
These categories of visas will be issued a multiple of up to 6 months with the right to stay up to 30 days.
