Grant agreement between Kyrgyzstan and EDB ratified

Bishkek, Dec.25, 2024./Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov signed the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Ratification of the Grant Agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Eurasian Development Bank, signed on July 23, 2024 in Bishkek.

The Law was adopted by the Jogorku Kenesh on Nov. 27, 2024.

The agreement provides for a grant procedure, under which EDB provides for the construction of 9 general education organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic, their material and technical equipment and their transfer to the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Kyrgyz Republic, in its turn, ensures fulfillment of obligations stipulated by the agreement for successful implementation of the project.
