Moscow, June 20 / Kabar /. Within the framework of the state visit of President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev to the Russian Federation, a ceremony of signing bilateral documents took place.
The press service of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic said that the following documents were signed:
- Declaration on strengthening the alliance and strategic partnership between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation;
- Agreement between Kyrgyzstan and Russia on the development of military-technical cooperation;
- Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation on the legal status of representative offices of competent authorities in the field of migration;
- Protocol to the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation on writing off of Kyrgyzstan's debt to Russia on previously granted loans dated September 20, 2012;
- Agreement between the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare (Russian Federation) on cooperation to ensure epidemiological well-being of the plague;
- Memorandum on cooperation between the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation;
- Agreement on cooperation between the State Committee of Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republic and the National Research Technological University (Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education);
- Memorandum on cooperation between the State Agency of Antimonopoly Regulation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Training and Methodological Center of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation in the field of providing advanced training and professional retraining of specialists;
- Agreement between the State Financial Intelligence Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Federal Financial Monitoring Service of the Russian Federation and the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization International Training and Methodological Center for Financial Monitoring on cooperation in the field of personnel training on countering the legalization (laundering) of criminal proceeds and financing of terrorist or extremist activities;
- Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the State Cartographic and Geodetic Service of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Russian Federation);
- Memorandum between the National Statistics Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation.
