Hajj 2024. Saudi Arabia allocates 6,060 quotas to Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Jan. 8, 2024. /Kabar/. Saudi Arabia has allocated 6,060 quotas to Kyrgyzstan for the 2024 Hajj. This became known at a meeting between Mufti of Kyrgyzstan Zamir Rakiev and Deputy Minister of Hajj of Saudi Arabia Abdel Fattah bin Suleiman.

According to the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan, the representative of Saudi Arabia appreciated the good organization of the pilgrimage in 2023.

“We discussed the organization of the upcoming Hajj and asked for an additional quota. These issues are decided by a ministry commission and therefore we officially presented the letter to the SAMK. Currently, work is underway to resolve the issues of organizing food, housing and logistics for pilgrims,” the mufti said.
