Afghani leader urges world community to pay attention to problem of drug production in his country

Bishkek, June 14, 2019. / Kabar /. President of Afghanistan, Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai, speaking at the SCO Summit in Bishkek, called on the world community to pay attention to the problem of drug production in his country.

He noted that drugs, terrorism and war are big challenges for Afghanistan. In this regard, Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai said he would welcome any support in the fight against this evil.

“We destroyed 53 laboratories where drugs were producing. In addition to opium and heroin, amphitomine is produced. This should cause concern to the global community. All governments should conduct analysis to combat this,” he said.
