Head of Cabinet of Ministers Maripov, his spouse receive COVID-19 vaccine

Bishkek, June 26, 2021 . / Kabar /. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Ulukbek Maripov and his spouse received on Saturday their vaccine shots against COVID-19 coronavirus infection.

The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported that Maripov noted the importance of mass vaccination in the fight against the pandemic and urged citizens to get vaccinated.

"The Cabinet of Ministers is making every effort to provide citizens with vaccines, which is the most effective and safe way to protect against the virus. In the near future we plan to receive additional supplies from our foreign partners. At present, accelerate the vaccine rollout is a priority for the Cabinet of Ministers," Maripov said.

The head of the Cabinet also thanked medical workers for their important contribution to the fight against the unprecedented pandemic.
