Head of EU Delegation Cesare De Montis completes his diplomatic mission in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Oct. 23, 2017. /Kabar/. Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Erlan Abdyldaev met with head of the EU Delegation in the Kyrgyz Republic, Ambassador Cesare De Montis, on the occasion of the completion of his diplomatic mission in Kyrgyzstan, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

During the meeting, Abdyldaev expressed his gratitude to De Montis for his active work during his stay in Kyrgyzstan, as well as his personal contribution to the development of bilateral relations between Kyrgyzstan and the European Union.

The sides discussed issues of bilateral cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the EU in priority areas, as well as prospects for further cooperation within the framework of the EU Council approved on October 9 of this year of the mandate to conduct negotiations on the draft of the new Agreement on in-depth partnership and cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and the EU.
