Bishkek, May 25, 2022. / Kabar /. President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, will arrive in Kyrgyzstan on Wednesday for an official visit and takes part in the Eurasian Economic Forum on the same day.
Executive Director of the International Business Council (IBC) Askar Sydykov told Kabar Agency that the expectations from tomorrow's visit of the head of Kazakhstan are high. “We expect the activation of trade and economic relations. First of all, the removal of those problematic issues that entrepreneurs face and a discussion of prospects. The problematic issues are the situation on the border,” he said.
The head of the IBC also expressed hope that the result of the visit would be the intensification of cooperation in all areas.
During the forthcoming visit of the President of Kazakhstan, bilateral negotiations will be held with the head of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Zhaparov. The leaders of the two countries will discuss in a narrow and expanded formats topical issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation, as well as prospects for establishing and developing effective cooperation.
In addition, a number of bilateral documents will be signed.
