Bishkek, Jan. 31, 2024. /Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Head of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylbek Zhaparov will visit Almaty city of Kazakhstan on February 1-2.
During the visit, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers will take part in a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council and in the international digital forum “Digital Almaty 2024: Industry X”.
During the meeting, the heads of government of the EAEU participating parties will consider a wide range of issues of trade and economic cooperation, as well as technical regulation, the Union’s integrated information system and other relevant topics.
Akylbek Zhaparov, together with the prime ministers of the EAEU countries, will take part in the plenary session of the annual digital forum Digital Almaty.
The forum is expected to include prominent international and public figures, heads of large IT companies and businesses.
In addition, as part of the visit, a number of bilateral meetings will be held between the head of the Kyrgyz delegation, including with the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin and the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov.
During the meetings, the parties will discuss current issues of multifaceted cooperation and compare notes regarding the implementation of agreements in a number of important areas.
