Head of Kyrgyzpatent and president of Eurasian Patent Office discuss cooperation

Bishkek, March 23, 2022 / Kabar/. Director of Kyrgyzpatent Rakhat Kerimbaeva met on Tuesday with President of the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) Grigory Ivliev, who arrived in Bishkek for a working visit.

According to the press service of the department, the meeting discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of intellectual property.

As a result of the negotiations, the sides plan to hold a regional seminar on the legal protection of intellectual property objects in Kyrgyzstan in August this year together with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). In addition, Kyrgyzpatent and EAPO agreed on close cooperation in the development of children's and youth inventions, training of specialists in the field of intellectual property.

A meeting of Grigory Ivliev with employees of Kyrgyzpatent was also organized.
