Bishkek, Sept. 7, 2022 / Kabar /. Chairman of the Antimonopoly Regulation Service under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan Keneshbai Taylakov and Minister of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus Alexei Bogdanov discussed issues of cooperation.
According to the press service of the Antimonopoly Regulation Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, the meeting took place within the framework of the working visit of Keneshbay Tailakov to Minsk (Belarus).
Within the framework of bilateral meetings, the heads of the antimonopoly departments of the two republics discussed issues of interaction within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of competition policy, state regulation of prices for socially significant goods of subjects of natural monopolies and other subjects, signed in 2016.
Particular attention was paid to the issues of price stabilization for socially significant goods and approaches used in Belarus and Kyrgyzstan. It was noted that it is necessary to strengthen bilateral cooperation and provide for the exchange of experience between territorial divisions.
As a result of the meeting, it was decided to prepare an appropriate Action Plan, which will cover all issues of antimonopoly regulation, including subjects of natural monopolies and socially significant goods, as well as the improvement of regulatory legal acts on the protection and development of competition.
