Bishkek, April 1, 2021. / Kabar / . Heads of government agencies and local authorities should study problematic issues on the spot and assist in solving them, rather than sitting in offices. Heads of regions should work closely with each farmer, Kyrgyzstan’s Prime Minister Ulukbek Maripov said during a meeting of the Government on Thursday, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers said.
"We need a detailed plan, with a clear analysis and planning of sowing crops, taking into account the zoning and the needs of the population.
The relevant ministry should advise farmers what to plant, so that later there will be no problems with marketing. There is a huge amount of unused, but suitable for arable land in the country, why do not we use them? We need to use additional arable land. This is an important issue that must be resolved in the near future. I ask you to take it under control,” Ulukbek Maripov stressed.
