Bishkek, March 21, 2023. /Kabar/. The leaders of a number of international organizations congratulated President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov and the people of the country on the Nooruz holiday.
“Nooruz plays an important role in preserving cultural diversity and strengthening relations of good neighborliness, friendship and cooperation between peoples and SCO countries. It is gratifying to note that with the active participation of the SCO member states, the Resolution of the UN General Assembly on the International Day of Nooruz was adopted, which indicates the recognition of the significance of this holiday at the global level,” Zhang Ming, Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), says in his congratulatory message.
“From the bottom of my heart I congratulate you on the Nooruz holiday, which since ancient times has been a herald of spring and the rebirth of nature, a symbol of peace and prosperity, as well as strengthening the spirit of unity and cohesion,” the text of the congratulatory message of the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) Kubanychbek Omuraliev reads.
“We highly appreciate the significant role of the Kyrgyz Republic in strengthening regional security and your significant contribution to the progressive development of our Organization as an effective tool for ensuring stability in the Eurasian space,” says the congratulatory message of the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Imangali Tasmagambetov.
