Bishkek, Oct. 8, 2020 / Kabar /. A telephone conversation took place between Acting Secretary of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic, coordinator of power and law enforcement agencies, Major General Omurbek Suvanaliev and Chairman of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Major General Karim Massimov, the press service of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan said.
During the conversation, the sides discussed issues of interaction in terms of ensuring national security, combating terrorism and extremism, as well as with transnational criminal groups. Chairman of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan Masimov said that special services of the two fraternal countries will continue the joint work within the framework of partnership agreements.
Massimov expressed confidence that the power and law enforcement agencies of Kyrgyzstan will be able to normalize the situation and public order in a short time.
In turn, Suvanaliev expressed gratitude to Masimov for the provided support.
