Bishkek, March 1, 2018 / Kabar /. Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic Uran Akhmetov met with Head of the Analytical Center BizExpert Uluk Kadyrbaev.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the issue of cooperation within the framework of proposed program for the development of civil servants in the Analysis of Regulatory Impact (ARI) in norm-setting processes.
"The ARI can determine the sequence of actions of a governmental agency when making a regulatory decision. If the rules are followed, the quality of normative acts will increase which will ensure compliance with lawmaking techniques and balance interests of all participants in public relations," Kadyrbayev stressed.
Akhmetov expressed willingness for further cooperation and emphasized that the method of introducing ARI into the process of governmental agencies can become an effective tool in the development of normative acts.
During the meeting, the sides also discussed the problem of training lawyers for civil service, the openness of law-making processes and the quality of standard-setting equipment as well.
