Bishkek, June 25, 2020. /Kabar/. The Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan told about the algorithm of actions with regard to members of Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov's delegation, accompanying him to Moscow.
During a briefing at the Government House, Kyrgyzstan's Deputy Health Minister Mademin Karatayev explained that the delegation's members with confirmed PCR analysis for COVID-19 were sent to the Republican Infectious Diseases Hospital.
"The rest are placed under observation. An incubation period lasts 14 days. In case of contact, they will be self-isolated for three days. In case of a negative result on COVID-19, they can go back to work," he said.
Upon arrival for Victory parade in Moscow, two people accompanying President Jeenbekov were tested positive for COVID-19.
In connection with this, the Kyrgyz leader did not attend the parade marking the 75th anniversary of Victory in the WWII.
Kyrgyzstan on Thursday confirmed 228 new COVID-19 cases, raising the total number to 3,954, 648 of them are cases of medical workers' contamination.
Number of recoveries has reached 2,112, they all have cured and discharged from hospitals, including 396 medics.
43 people have died.
