Bishkek, Feb.6, 2020. /Kabar/. The information, disseminated in social networks on admission of two people with suspicion of coronavirus to Batken Oblast Hospital does not correspond to reality, the ministry’s press service said.
According to the ministry’s data, there are no confirmed cases of coronavirus as of today. Epidemiological situation on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic is stable, there are no cases of coronavirus infection registered.
Since the citizens have arrived from China via Tajikistan, the employees of the sanitary-quarantine station, according to the algorithm of actions, approved by the Ministry of Health, brought them to the health care organization for further monitoring, both of them are in satisfactory condition.
"The virological tests have been selected and, based on the results, an expert commission will decide on further observation," the report says.
