Bishkek, Oct. 4, 2020. /Kabar/. As of 10:00 a.m., the highest turnout at the election of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh was registered in Osh Oblast of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the website of the Information Elections System, the turnout in Osh Oblast made 8.25%, in the city of Osh - 7.17%.
In addition, turnout in Batken Oblast made up 6.06%, in Naryn Oblast - 6.15%, in Issyk-Kul Oblast - 5.55%, in Chui Oblast - 6.44%, in Talas Oblast - 6.75%, in Dzhalal-Abad Oblast - 7.4%, in the city Bishkek - 6.71%.
Chairwoman of Kyrgyzstan’s Central Elections Commission Nurzhan Shaildabekova briefed that as of 10:00 a.m. Oct. 4, a total of 236 thousand 921 citizens voted, which is 6.72%.
She noted that these are data on all polling stations in the country and abroad.
3 million 523 thousand 554 voters were registered in Kyrgyzstan.
The parliamentary elections have started in Kyrgyzstan. 2 thousand 475 polling stations were opened at 8:00 a.m. local time.
16 parties participate in the election race.
