Housing for orphans and homeless people to be built in Bishkek

Bishkek, Jan. 26, 2021 / Kabar /. Acting Mayor of Bishkek Balbak Tulobaev said during a meeting on social issues that he had met with President-elect of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov.

Tulobaev said that Zhaparov gave him 2 instructions: to build an apartment building for orphans and to build a center for the homeless.

“Currently, these issues are being resolved, a site for the construction of an apartment building has been identified in the Uchkun microdistrict and in the Leninsky district. In turn, the center is planned to be deployed on a municipal site of 50 acres for 200 places,” he said.

In addition, Tulobaev noted that Sadyr Zhaparov promised to find funds for the construction of facilities himself.
