Humanitarian aid worth RUB 50 mln arrived in Kyrgyzstan from Russia’s Chechnya

Bishkek, Aug. 3, 2020 /Kabar/. As a result of negotiations between Kyrgyzstan and Russia on Aug. 2, the Chechen Republic sent aid worth a total of RUB 51 million 41 thousand 917 on a gratuitous basis, the press service of the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 reported Monday.

The cargo was delivered to Kyrgyzstan through the Kyrgyz-Kazakh Ak Tilek border checkpoint, after passing the necessary procedures, it will be unloaded on the warehouse of the Department of Drug Provision and Medical Equipment of the Kyrgyz Health Ministry.

The humanitarian assistance consists of:

- protective overalls - 24 100 pcs;

- three-layer special masks - 24 729 pcs;

- protective glasses made of polymer materials - 5248 pcs;

- plastic shields - 10,649 pcs. and other medical equipment.
