‘I have no moral right’: Governor of Kyrgyzstan’s Issyk-Kul oblast resigns

Bishkek, Oct. 6, 2020 /Kabar/. Governor of Kyrgyzstan’s Issyk-Kul Oblast Balbak Tulobayev wrote a letter of resignation.

“Thanks. I have no moral right,” Tulobayev wrote on his Facebook page.

Balbak Tulobayev was appointed Governor of Issyk-Kul Oblast on July 27, 2020.

Until his appointment to the post, Tulobayev served as Chief of the Office of the Bishkek Mayor's Office since 2018.
