Bishkek, Sept. 18, 2018. /Kabar/. Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Jenish Razakov met with Rector of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) Martin Kreutner in Laxenburg, Austria.
During the meeting a wide range of issues were discussed on countering new challenges and threats in the areas of corruption, improving the state administration in regard with the fight against corruption, as well as conducting educational trainings and seminars for representatives of anti-corruption authorities of Kyrgyzstan.
The Rector of the IACA made a proposal to expand the cooperation through joint activities aimed at building the competence of the staff in Kyrgyzstan.
At the same time, readiness was expressed to develop an individual educational programme for representatives of Kyrgyzstan taking into account the regional specificities.
In turn, Vice Prime Minister Jenish Razakov told about the steps taken to improve Kyrgyzstan’s anti-corruption legislation, the fight against corruption, and main areas of the state anti-corruption policy.
At the end of the meeting the sides expressed mutual readiness to facilitate strengthening and further expansion of the mutually beneficial cooperation.
