Cholpon-Ata, Oct. 7, 2018. / Kabar /. The third day of the III International Issyk-Kul Forum "Chyngyz Aitmatov and Challenges of Present Day", dedicated to the 90th anniversary of great writer Aitmatov has started in Cholpon-Ata.
The forum is held in three sections:
- The modern world and cultural identity: “The world has changed us, we have changed the world”;
- Moral values and humanism "To be a man from day to day";
- Ecological environment and safety: "We are all in the same boat."
More than 70 delegates from many countries take part in the forum. In particular, from Russia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, China, Pakistan, India and Kyrgyzstan.
The opening of the forum took place on October 5, in Bishkek.
