III WNG: Salbuurun winners

Bishkek, Sept. 05, 2018. /Kabar/. Yesterday, competitions in salbuurun were held in Kyrchyn gorge, Issyk-Kul oblast, within the Third World Nomad Games.

The programme of the games included burkut saluu (hunting with golden eagle), dalba oinotuu (hunting with falcon), and taigan jarysh (greyhound racing), the Secretariat of the World Nomad Games reported.

10 participants from 5 countries took part in burkut saluu competitions.

List of burkut saluu winners:

1 place – Nurbek Ismailov, Oimok (name of the golden eagle) – Kyrgyzstan– 50 thousand soms;

2 place – Gulzina Baimurzina, Barkad - Russia– 30 thousand soms;

3 place – Kuntugan Serikbek, Lashyn - Kazakhstan– 15 thousand soms.

11 participants from 6 countries took part in dalba oinotuu competitions.

List of dalba oinotuu winners:

1 place – Muratbek Abdyldaev, Tashchainar (name of the falcon) – Kyrgyzstan – 50 thousand soms;

2 place – Tugolbai Abdykadyrov, Yshkyryk - Kyrgyzstan– 30 thousand soms;

3 place – Ilkhomjon Dzhuraev, Balaban the Falcon - Uzbekistan– 15 thousand soms.

19 participants from 5 countries took part in taigan jarysh competitions.

List of taigan jarysh winners:

1 place – Mohamed Al Mansori, Tezab (name of the greyhound) – UAE– 50 thousand soms;

2 place – Muhidin Karabaev, Kyljeyren - Kyrgyzstan– 30 thousand soms;

3 place – Natalya Foshkina, Uchar - Russia– 15 thousand soms.

153 sportsmen from 23 countries took part in the traditional archery competitions (in accordance with the rules of the Kyrgyz Republic). The competitions were held among men and women.

2 place – Laszlo Koczka, Hungary– 30 thousand soms;

3 place – Viktor Eliseev, Russia– 15 thousand soms.

2 place – Tatyana Pavlova, Russia– 30 thousand soms;

3 place – Edokiya Petrova, Russia– 15 thousand soms.
