Bishkek, May 6, 2019. / Kabar /. The preparations for the Immortal Regiment procession, which will be held on Victory Day on May 9 in Bishkek, were discussed in the capital’s municipality.
The place of gathering of the march participants on May 9 was set at the intersection of Masaliyev and Baitik Baatyr Streets at 9:00 a.m. The movement of the column will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Abdrakhmanov Street and further along Frunze Street to Victory Square. The total length of the route will be 6.6 km. The arrival of the parade participants at Victory Square is expected by 12 p.m., the press service of the Mayor’s Office reported.
During the whole parade of the Immortal Regiment, the capital's municipality will provide sound-amplifying equipment, performance of the brass band, musical and dancing groups in paramilitary form, escort of ambulances and fire brigades, delivery of two minibuses and five buses for the delivery of graduates of Suvorov School with cadets, as well as install twenty bio toilets on Victory Square.
