Bishkek, July 29, 2022. /Kabar/. The Regulation on the selection of innovative initiatives developed in regions of Kyrgyzstan under the project 40 regions – 40 initiatives is approved. The corresponding decision was made at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan.
The project was developed on the initiative of the State Agency for Intellectual Property and Innovation under the Cabinet of Ministers.
The project itself is aimed to stimulate and promote innovative projects in priority areas of economic, scientific and technological development for socio-economic development of the regions of the country.
The interdepartmental commission will select the submitted innovative initiatives developed under the 40 regions – 40 initiatives project.
Up to 8 innovation initiatives developed under the project will be funded from the national budget.
In addition, a decision was made to allocate money from the national budget in the amount of up to KGS 1 million for implementation of one selected innovative initiative.
