In Kyrgyzstan, 25 people died since beginning of heating season, including 5 children

Bishkek, Dec. 31, 2021 . / Kabar / . 1,085 cases of fire were recorded on the territory of Kyrgyzstan since the beginning of this year’s heating season.

As a result, 25 people were killed, including six children. 29 people received various injuries and maiming, the press service of the republic’s Emergency Ministry said.

In connection with the latest cases of fires in dwellings with deaths, including children, the Department of Firefighting and Fire Prevention of the Ministry of Emergency Situations calls and reminds citizens to comply with fire safety rules in the winter fire danger period.

The ministry reminds the population that it is necessary to be careful when handling fire, control the process of burning garbage, not to smoke and not to throw cigarette butts in the wrong places, not to let children play with fire.
