Bishkek, Sept. 4, 2020. /Kabar/. 18 families of doctors who died from COVID-19 have already received compensation in the amount of KGS 1 million, Deputy Health Minister of Kyrgyzstan Nurbolot Usenbayev told a news briefing Friday.
He noted that all applications are considered in 34 cases.
Applications are considered by a specially established commission in the Ministry of Health.
Kyrgyzstan registered 44,227 coronavirus cases so far, including 39,426 recoveries.
Death toll of the country stands at 1,060.
