Bishkek, Oct. 4, 2020 / Kabar /. In total, 219 offenses were registered during the period of the election campaign in Kyrgyzstan, 129 of them - misconducts and 90 - administrative responsibility, member of the Central Election Commission Tynchtyk Shainazarov told at a briefing.
According to his data, 129 incidents were registered under the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on misconduct, 2 of them were submitted for consideration to the court, 47 were discontinued, 77 were being investigated, and 2 more criminal cases were united.
“In addition, 90 offenses were registered under the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Kyrgyz Republic, of which 40 were stopped, 47 were being investigated and 3 were united,” he said.
Shainazarov also recalled that a call-center is operating at the CEC coordination center to address in case of offenses.
