Increase in COVID-19 incidence observed in Kyrgyzstan in last 3 weeks

Bishkek, Sept. 22, 2020 / Kabar /. There has been an increase in the incidence of COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan over the past three weeks, Deputy Minister of Health Madamin Karataev told on the air of the state radio.

He said that at this time this fact worries the ministry.

“The Ministry of Health cannot resist the disease on its own, we need help. Citizens must wear masks and maintain a social distance of 1.5-2 meters. It is necessary that organizations comply with sanitary and epidemiological rules. Gatherings of people should not exceed 50 people,” Karataev said.

To date, a total of 45,542 cases of infection have been registered in the country, 41,796 of them have recovered. 1,063 people have died.
