Bishkek, Feb.26, 2020./Kabar/. In India’s New Delhi, the Indian Council for World Affairs and the Diplomatic Academy of Kyrgyzstan signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation, the press service of the Kyrgyz Embassy in India reported on Wednesday.
On Feb. 25 Rector of the Diplomatic Academy Chynara Adamkulova has arrived in India for a working visit.
Chynara Adamkulova and Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to India Asein Isayev held working meetings with the leadership of the Foreign Service Institute under the Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as the Indian Council for World Affairs.
"To date, 24 diplomats from Kyrgyzstan have participated in the courses for foreign diplomats conducted by the Institute. The sides discussed increasing the number of internships and courses for representatives of Kyrgyzstan," the report says.
The Kyrgyz and Indian parties outlined joint plans to hold events, and also agreed to organize mutual visits of their delegations to study and exchange experiences in the field of research.
"The Indian side expressed readiness to assist in the establishment of an analytic center at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic. An important part of the meeting was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation. The document provides for different directions of cooperation on the basis of equality and mutual benefit," the message runs.
