Integration of youth into Eurasian space discussed in Osh

Osh, Sept. 27, 2018. /Kabar/. A roundtable on the topic "Socio-Cultural Dimension of the EAEU: Youth Images of the Future" was held in Osh, on Wednesday, at the premises of Osh State Pedagogical Institute. It was organized by the Eurasianists - New Wave Fund together jointly with the Department for International Relations and Investments of Osh Humanitarian Pedagogical Institute.

During the event, prominent scientists, political figures of Kyrgyzstan and Russia presented their reports. Among them were Doctor of Historical Sciences Prof. B. Nurunbetov, political scientists S. Uralov, I. Shestakov, E. Imanalieva, S. Sharipova, A.Moldokeeva, B. Kanimetova, as well as Director of the Agency for External Relations and Business Environment Development of Osh Mayor’s Office Zamir Yusupov, as well as the rector of Osh Humanitarian Pedagogical Institute Prof. B. Zuluyev and students of the universities of the south.

During the discussion, topical issues of youth integration into the Eurasian space, the tasks of their employment, and the solution of social problems of the state and society were touched upon, since often the prospects for the development of any state are related to the position of the youth as a special socio-demographic group in society.

The participants noted that young people have significant potential, mobility, initiativity, sensitivity to innovative changes, new technologies, the ability to counter negative challenges, which are not always fully used.
