Tashkent, Oct. 9, 2019. / Kabar /. Representatives of business circles and entrepreneurs from Osh, Jalal-Abad, Batken regions and Bishkek city are invited to the I International Investment Forum “Open Andijan”, which will be held on Oct. 19-20, 2019 in Andijan region.
It is expected that the Forum will become a platform for building an effective dialogue between the Andijan region and the local as well as foreign business community on issues of conducting investment activities in the region, developing measures to improve the investment climate and, accordingly, increase the volume of investment attraction and economic growth of the Ferghana Valley.
Delegations from more than 20 countries, heads accredited in Uzbekistan, diplomatic missions, representatives of international financial institutions, local and foreign media totaling more than 500 participants are expected to attend the Forum.
As part of the Forum, a grand opening of the branch of Shard University in Andijan will take place, participants in the forum will visit the GM Uzbekistan automobile plant, as well as other enterprises and companies operating in the territory of Andijan.
Within the framework of the forum, a fruitful exchange of views on investment projects in Andijan region is expected with the participation of foreign investors, representatives of international financial institutions and entrepreneurs of the region.
17 similar localization projects in the engineering industry will be presented to foreign investors.
As a result of the work of the sections, the signing of specific agreements and contracts in the G2B and B2B format is provided.
On the second day of the Forum (October 20), its participants will get acquainted with the tourism potential of the Andijan region.
