International marathon to be held in Issyk-Kul. Where and when?

Bishkek, Jan. 14, 2019. /Kabar/. The Run the Silk Road International Marathon will be held on May 11th this year, the organizers wrote on social media.

The competition is to be held in the territory of the state enterprise Center for the Development of Ethnoculture, Equestrian Industry and Pedigree Horse Breeding in the city of Cholpon-Ata, Issyk-Kul region. Start of the event is scheduled for 9 am.

The following distances are presented: 42 km 195 m, 21 km 97 m, 10 thousand meters and 3 thousand meters, Nordic walking 3 thousand meters.

The age of participants is calculated in the number of full years as of the day of the competition.
